Very clean and comfortable room in the old stable block. Generous choice on the coffee/tea/hot chocolate tray in the bedroom.
Located on a main road, which can be noisy due to early morning traffic. Shower temperature fluctuated between hot and cold. could be operator error. Poor TV reception made watching anything difficult, though it wasn't a major concern.

the black swan guest house was amzin right from the start! the owners were super welcoming, made me feel at home, and my room was very clean and comfy. breakfast was also so good, with a really nice selection, and i loved that they had free parking available. it was close to places to explore too, perfect for checking out lincolnshire! definitely gonna come back again!
only bummer was the noise from the main road at night, had to close the windows. also, the wifi was kinda spotty.

Charming and Comfortable Stay!
I had a wonderful experience during my stay, where the clean and cozy room made me feel right at home. The breakfast was delightful, featuring a beautifully cooked Lincolnshire sausage alongside a perfectly poached egg. I especially appreciated the owners' generosity in providing information about local attractions and their welcoming demeanor. One thing to note is that the bathroom could use a bit of updating, but overall, it was a fantastic stay!

the wifi was kinda spotty and i didn't get enough time to chat with the hosts like i wanted.

pleasant stay with a few minor issues
The breakfast exceeded my expectations, with a delicious Lincolnshire sausage and a perfectly poached egg alongside beans and toast. The mattress provided outstanding comfort, contributing to a restful night's sleep. Parking was plentiful and free, simplifying my arrival and departure. The bathroom could benefit from some updates.

During a two-night stay in a double room with a private bathroom, the warm and welcoming service stood out, making me feel at home. I appreciated the homemade local products for breakfast, which truly enhanced my experience. the taps in the bathroom sink were difficult to operate with wet hands, and additional hooks for towels in the en-suite would have been helpful. Though the overall experience was enjoyable, a few updates in the room would have improved comfort.
